Second time at Newhouse Barton, one of the best places we have stayed at in South Devon. We all love the cottage and the pool / games room. BBQ was well used and eating out on the patio with the house martins flying about was lovely. Already planning to come back.

A wonderfully welcoming cottage which is well equipped with everything you could think of. Lots of places to visit - river cruise was well worth doing. Loved all of the extra touches in the cottage e.g. DVD’s, wine, kitchen equipment.

Another lovely stay in Newhouse Barton. 2nd in Blackbird. Despite some bad weather we had a fantastic time. The pool was great, more than enough entertainment for the kids. We will certainly be back again as the cottage could not have been more comfortable! Thank you!

Great cottage and facilities. Very lucky with the weather so even got BBQ out. Recommend Woodlands for families of all ages and Haldon forest for the adventurous. Lovely extras when we arrived, wine, condiments, tissues etc. Would definitely come back.
